The scope of this effort involved a fast track design-build of a 21,000 SF VA Outpatient Clinic.  An existing retail space was converted into the clinic.  The duration of the design was 30 days and the construction will be completed in eight months. The clinic space which was designed and constructed as a LEED-CI certified space includes ambulatory, audiology, OBGYN, X-Ray, laboratory, and mental health. The scope of work also required planning and programming ambulance access and designated parking for 100 cars.  

The new design also incorporated all current VA design standards.
