The scope of this effort involved a fast track design-build of a 22,000 SF VA Outpatient Clinic with 70 parking spaces.  This stand alone facility was designed and constructed and is expected to be certified as LEED-NC Silver.  This medical facility includes 11 clinics such as ambulatory, audiology, psychology, physical therapy, radiology and imaging, laboratory and pathology, OBGYN, and mental health. The scope of work also required planning and programming ambulance access, storm water detention and filtration systems, and site lighting. 

The new design also incorporated all current VA design standards.
